What is a JAN3 Account?

A JAN3 account is an optional, passwordless login you create in your AQUA Wallet using your email and a one-time login code. There’s no password to manage and no personal information required.

The account links your email to certain third-party services in AQUA, such as the Dolphin Card. The JAN3 account provides a lightweight identity layer while keeping setup fast and privacy-friendly.

How do I create a JAN3 Account?

To create a JAN3 account, simply navigate to the top of the Settings page to "JAN3 Account" and tap "Sign Up." From there, you just need to enter your email address to receive a login code. Each time you log in, you will receive a new code.

Can I log in to my JAN3 account on any AQUA Wallet?

Yes. You can log in to your JAN3 account on any AQUA Wallet.

If I delete my wallet, will my JAN3 account be deleted?

No. Deleting your wallet does not delete your JAN3 account. They are separate, and your JAN3 account will remain available.
