Understanding Refunds for the Dolphin Card

Q: If I return something I bought with the Dolphin Card, where does the refund go?

If you return an item and the merchant issues a refund, the money will go back to your Dolphin Card— same card used for the purchase.

This applies to both reloadable and non-reloadable versions of the Dolphin Card.

Note: Refund timing depends on the merchant and can take several business days to appear.
